How to make it work is the question

It all starts with us, first for us and then to the other

First love yourself, stand hours in front of the mirror

Naked, in soul, in body, stripped, free, fake, whole

Clean and dirty and real

Just observe for hours, fall in love with all the parts of your body

Hold yourself because if you aren’t there for yourself, who will be?

You are your home and when your home is whole, you are at your best

So literally hug yourself

Drink coffee with love

Observe yourself above yourself

Love every movement, every glance

You always have the freedom to choose

So love yourself so much

Until people will just pass by you and feel the love and the power of your heart

But do this with humility, look people in the eyes without judgment

So it won’t sting but give a pleasant feeling

And they’ll get closer to you on their own, in droves

From there you can choose wisely who to allow into your world

Understand, you are never alone

You have yourself

There will always be two aspects of relationships

Your relationship with yourself

And the relationship with someone else that was chosen to be part of your world

So be strong with yourself because your relationship with yourself is the first in your world and that which informs the reality you create for yourself

To choose the right one requires wisdom of how to learn from mistakes without repeating them

You just need to start a dialogue with yourself

Talking to yourself is great because when we talk to others we’re the best advisors

Our inner voice that is open to everything has an easier time expressing itself

That’s why it’s fine to talk to yourself and is easier to explain our path in a logical way

Like a clear picture

You also need to learn to listen, to yourself and from there to others

Listening is like water, the secret of life

When you listen wisely, paying attention to yourself, you can get into the cracks that can mold to fit your reality and fit reality to you

As hard as it is in the interactive world, there is still no alternative to sound, the sound that comes out of you is the most special

It connects people to you

Provides a tone for your surroundings

You just need to speak in person

Even on the phone works

You need to write

To know that the person in front of you or you

Will read only a line

To breathe

Just breathe, it’s not to be taken for granted

Breathe between the lines and breathe between the words, songs, people, touch

To breathe everything and yourself

To love the stillness through breathing

To extract whole moments into yourself, your soul

Your soul that exists because of the breath

Enjoy the breath, the most simple thing

Taken for granted yet not when it is performed

to value the moment not just extend life
